Barndo Builders earns money in three ways, and we want you to know all of them.

Featured Builder Placement

Builders can pay to be featured in their region. Featured builders appear first and receive inquiries from buyers there. Every featured builder must pass the same five checks as any other verified builder. Payment never buys the verified badge.

Referral Partners

When no verified builder covers your region, we may pass your request to a partner network of local pros, and shop, garage and commercial requests to a building supplier network. We may be paid when we do. We share your details with no more than three builders or partners.

Affiliate Links

Some links, including floor plan links, are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

What Payment Never Changes

• Whether a builder is verified.
• What our state guides say about licensing, permits or costs.
• The checks shown on a builder’s page.
