- Your state license, looked up on the board’s site (or, where the state has none, your licensed trades)
- General liability and workers’ comp, sent to us by your insurance agent
- Three completed barndominiums
- Your business entity with the Secretary of State
- The counties you actually serve

Do I have to pay to be verified?
No. A verified listing is free once you pass the checks. Featured and exclusive placement are paid.
What if my state doesn’t license builders?
Then we check your licensed trades and record that the state has no builder license, as we do in Texas. You can still be verified.
How do inquiries reach me?
Buyer inquiries from your region go straight to the email you give us, and we never sell the same inquiry to builders outside your region.
